  • Noodles 350 gms
  • 1 tsp- Salt
  • 1 tsp – Oil
  • 1 tsp – Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp – Ginger paste
  • 1/2 cup – Beans
  • 1/2 cup – Cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup – Carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 cup – Spring onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup – Capsicum, chopped
  • 2 tbsp – Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp – Green chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce


  1. Take a cooking pot and boil the noodles in it untill it simmer.
  2. To the boiling noodles, add salt and oil.
  3. Drain the excess water from the noodles and rinse them in cold water when they become sticky.
  4. Heat about 3 teaspoons of oil in another pan.
