  • Semolina 2 cups
  • Desi Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 cups (less than full)
  • Coconut chopped or grated 3 tbsp
  • Raisins 3 tbsp
  • Almonds 3 tbsp
  • Pistachio 3 tbsp
  • Cardamom 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil 10 tbsp
  • Water 6 cups
