- Carrots 2 kg
- Cooking oil or desi ghee 10 tbsp
- Sugar 2 cups or as required
- Cardamom 1 tsp
- Milk 3 liter
- Khoya half kg
- Almonds 4 tbsp
- Pistachio 4 tbsp
