Gajjer ka halwa



  • Carrots 2 kg
  • Cooking oil or desi ghee 10 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 cups or as required
  • Cardamom 1 tsp
  • Milk 3 liter
  • Khoya half kg
  • Almonds 4 tbsp
  • Pistachio 4 tbsp



Take a pot and add peeled and grated washed carrots. Now put milk and let it cook until liquid is dried.

Now add desi ghee or cooking oil and stir fry it for 10 minutes.

Add sugar and cook it more for 3 to 5 minutes.

Turn off the flame. In last, add khoya and mix it well.

Garnish it with chopped almonds and pistachio.

• گاجر 2 کلو
• کھانا پکانے کا تیل یا دیسی گھی 10 چمچ
• شوگر 2 کپ یا ضرورت کے مطابق
• الائچی 1 چائے کا چمچ
3 دودھ 3 لیٹر
• کھویا آدھا کلو
• بادام 4 چمچ

طریقہ کار:
ایک برتن لے لو اور چھلکے اور کٹے ہوئے دھوئے ہوئے گاجر ڈالیں۔ اب دودھ ڈالیں اور اس وقت تک پکنے دیں جب تک مائع خشک نہ ہو۔
اب دیسی گھی یا ککنگ آئل ڈالیں اور اس میں 10 منٹ بھونیں۔
چینی شامل کریں اور 3 سے 5 منٹ تک مزید پکائیں۔
شعلہ بند کردیں۔ آخر میں کھویا ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔
کٹے ہوئے بادام اور پستے سے گارنش کریں۔
مزیدار گجر کا حلوہ تیار ہے۔
