Ram Charan who is currently in the US for his global blockbuster film RRR, recently talked about performing the hook step from Naatu Naatu.

In an interview, Ram Charan stated that he would certainly love to perform the Naatu Naatu song at the Academy Awards. Even though he enjoys performing for and entertaining audiences, he admitted that it would be challenging to dance the entire song on stage. The actor said that although doing Naatu Naatu is difficult and requires a lot of energy and breath, he would absolutely do the hook step if given the chance.

Recently, it was revealed that Naatu Naatu will be performed live at the 95th Academy Awards by the song’s singers Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava.

This award season, Naatu Naatu has racked up some remarkable victories. The song received the awards for Best Song and Best Foreign Language Film at the Critics Choice Awards and Best Original Song at the Golden Globes.

Naatu Naatu has been nominated at the 95th Oscars for the category Best Original Song against Lift Me Up from Black Panther, This Is A Life from Everything Everywhere All At Once and more.
