Mutton Karahi


Mutton: 1kg

Cooking Oil: 14tbsp

Garlic & Ginger paste: 2tsp

Red chili powder: 2 & half tsp

White cumin powder: 3tbsp

Garam masala powder: 2tsp

Black pepper powder: 1tsp

Lemon juice: 5 tbsp

Yogurt: 8tbsp

Tomatoes: 10-12 grinded


Take a pot and add mutton and oil in it. Cover and cook it on low flame for 20 minutes.

Then add ginger, garlic and all spices and cook on low flame for 35 minutes. (Stir spoon after each 3 minutes so that food may not stuck to the wok and get burn)

Take grinded tomatoes and 5tbsp oil in a pot and cook on low flame till it becomes in the form of paste.

Then add tomato paste, lemon and yogurt mutton and cook it on flame for 25 minutes.

Delicious mutton karahi is ready. Serve in the wok, with bread.

مٹن: 1 کلو
باورچی خانے سے متعلق تیل: 14 چمچ
لہسن اور ادرک پیسٹ: 2tsp
سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر: 2 اور آدھا عدد
سفید زیرہ پاؤڈر: 3 چمچ
گرم مسالہ پاؤڈر: 2tsp
کالی مرچ پاؤڈر: 1tsp
لیموں کا رس: 5 چمچ
دہی: 8 چمچ
ٹماٹر: 10-12 پیسنا
طریقہ کار:
ایک برتن لے لو اور اس میں مٹن اور تیل ڈالیں۔ احاطہ کریں اور اسے 20 منٹ تک ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں۔
پھر اس میں ادرک ، لہسن اور تمام مصالحے ڈالیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر 35 منٹ تک پکائیں۔ (ہر 3 منٹ کے بعد چمچ ہلائیں تاکہ کھانا اونچ سے نہ پڑے اور جل جائے)
ایک برتن میں پیسے ہوئے ٹماٹر اور 5 چمچ کا تیل لیں اور پست کی شکل میں بننے تک ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں۔
پھر اس میں ٹماٹر کا پیسٹ ، لیموں اور دہی کا مٹن ڈالیں اور اسے 25 منٹ تک آگ پر پکائیں۔
