A Pakistani version of whole grilled fish recipes is provided below, which is flavored with flavorful spices for excellent taste and flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 Onion ground
- One whole fish
- 2 tbsp ginger, garlic paste
- 1 Spring onion chopped
- 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
- 2-3 Fresh red chilies ground
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- ¼ tsp Black pepper powder
- 2-3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp White pepper
- Salt to taste
Cooking Method
- Mark cuts on the whole fish after washing.
- Combine minced onion, ground red chilies, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, crushed red pepper, black pepper powder, turmeric, white pepper, and salt to taste in a mixing bowl.
- Put 2 tbsp ketchup in the bowl and mix well.
- Mix the marinade with the fish and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Once the fish has been marinated, wrap it in silver foil.
- In an oven or over burning coals, cook the food.
- Remove the fish from the pan when it is tender.
- Lemon juice should be sprinkled on top.
- It’s time to serve the Whole Grill Fish.
