


Fish is the perfect meal in winter as it keeps us warm and provides many essential nutrients for our bodies. Ingredients
- 1 Kg. Fish skinned and boned
- 1/3 cup – Oil
- 1 medium – onion
- 2 tsp – Garlic (Lehsan) paste
- 6 tbs – of yogurt
- ¼ tsp – turmeric (Haldi) powder
- 1 heaped tsp – of chili (Lal Mirch) powder
- ½ tsp – Garam masala powder
- 6 – green chilies
- 2 medium – Tomatoes
- 1 tsp – Salt
- ½ – Lime
- 3 tsp – Fenugreek (Methi) leaves
- 3 tbs – Fresh Coriander (Dhaniya) leaves
Procedure:
- Fry the onion in oil until it gets light brown.
- Then add the following ingredients: garlic paste, yogurt, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, three coarsely chopped green chilies, finely chopped tomatoes, salt, and fenugreek leaves.
- Then cook tomatoes on high heat while covering them, until they are soft.
- Reduce the heat slightly after adding the fish pieces.
- Ten minutes will be enough time to cook by covering it.
- Chop coriander leaves (Dhaniya), add three green chilies, squeeze lime juice, and mix.
- Serve with bread, naan, or boiled rice.
