Chicken Chowmein



Rice boiled ½ kg

Black pepper 1tbsp

Capsicum 1 cup chopped

Carrot 1 cup chopped 

Cabbage 1 cup shredded

Soya sauce 4tbsp

Knorr chicken cube 2 piece 

Salt as required

Chinese salt 1 tbsp

Lemon juice 4tbsp


Take capsicum, carrot, and cabbage in a wok and stir fry for 8 – 10 minutes on medium flame.

Now add black pepper, soya sauce, lemon juice, chicken cubes, salt, Chinese salt, and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add boiled rice in the wok and stir fry for 2 – 3 minutes. Delicious fried rice is ready to serve. Dish out the rice and enjoy it with chicken Manchurian.

کالی مرچ 1 چمچ
کیپسیکم 1 کپ کٹا ہوا
گاجر 1 کپ کٹی ہوئی
گوبھی 1 کپ کٹا ہوا
سویا چٹنی 4 چمچ
نورر چکن کیوب 2 ٹکڑا
ضرورت کے مطابق نمک
چینی نمک 1 عدد
لیموں کا رس 4 چمچ
طریقہ کار:
کیپسیکم ، گاجر ، اور گوبھی کو ایک اون میں لیں اور درمیانی آگ پر 8 – 10 منٹ تک بھونیں۔
اب کالی مرچ ، سویا ساس ، لیموں کا رس ، چکن کیوب ، نمک ، چینی نمک شامل کریں ، اور 2 منٹ بھونیں۔
کڑاکے میں ابلا ہوا چاول ڈالیں اور 2 – 3 منٹ تک بھونیں۔ مزیدار تلے ہوئے چاول کی خدمت کیلئے تیار ہے۔ چاول نکال کر چکن منچورین سے لطف اٹھائیں۔
