Qeema Naan Recipe Pakistani
Qeemay wala Naan is the most delicious traditional recipe that is prepared with beef, mutton or chicken mince, filled in the soft bread. Everyone wants to consume this delectable meal. This recipe could be easily prepared at home by following this authentic recipe. Ingredients and recipe procedure is totally simple. So enjoy this meal tonight.
Sugar 2 tsp
Yeast 3 tsp
Flour 6 cups
Salt 2 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Warm water as required
Beef mince 1 kg
crushed Cumin 4 tbsp
Onion Chopped 1 cup
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Ginger Chopped 2 tbsp
Green Chilies 4 to 5
Salt as required
Red chili powder 3 to 4 tsp
Coriander 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Butter as required Coriander for topping as required
Take flour, yeast, salt, yogurt, and oil in a bowl and add water gradually in it. Then knead it in a soft dough. Grease the dough with oil and wrap it with cling or plastic wrap. Let it rise in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours.
Take mince, 2 to 3 tbsp of cooking oil and water in a frying pan and cook on low medium flame until water dries out.
Now add ginger, garlic, salt, red chili powder, crushed cumin, crushed coriander, green chili in it and mix it properly.
Now add onion and cook for a minute.
In last add Coriander leaves and mix well.
Let it cook for a minute and then turn off the flame.
Now punch down the rised dough and divide it in 4 equal parts.
Now take one part and roll out it and fill the mince filling in center and spread it. Seal the sides
Make holes with the help of fork with the rounded bottom.
Place the Naan in slightly greased baking tray, spread yogurt all over and bake it for 12 to 15 minutes at 180°C or until it is completely cooked.
In last spread butter and coriander leaves mixture over hot naan and serve it with raita.
