Beef Korma Recipe
Beef Korma Recipe is the most tasty and delicious meal that is served in parties special occasions or in Eid ul Azha. Follow all the recipe steps in order to gain perfect taste and aroma.
Ingredients for paste:
Fried onion 5 to 6 chopped
Yogurt 1 cup
Green cardamom 4 to 5
water 1 cup
Tomatoes chopped 2
Ingredients for korma:
Beef 1 kg
Oil half cup
Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
Whole spice 2 tsp
Yogurt 1 ½ cup
Water as required
Salt as required
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Ginger to garnish 3 tbsp longitudinal slice cutting
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Green chillies chopped 2 tbsp
Heat the oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, sauté it, add whole spices, beef and mix it well. Let it cook for 30 to 35 minutes on low medium flame by pouring drops of water. Then add water, yoghurt and cover it with lid and let it simmer until beef tenders 90%. (Add water if required).
Take yogurt, green cardamom, fried onion and water in a blender and blend it.
– Now add red chili powder, yogurt, salt, & coriander powder, mix it well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
– Now add blended onion paste and mix it well. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
– Then cover the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes on medium low flame.
– Sprinkle ginger, green chillies and coriander and serve with Naan, Raita and Salad.
